Council Contractor, ADR Group Pty Ltd with AMJ Demolition and Excavation will be undertaking the demolition of the former Pippies Childcare building located at the southern end of Balmoral Oval.
This work will be undertaken between 3 December to December 2019. The working hours will be from 7.00 am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00 pm Saturdays.
There will be heavy machinery movements in and out of the Balmoral South car park. Traffic, Pedestrian Control will be effect, and parking will be suspended at selected areas of southern end of the Balmoral car park during the works.
Please ensure that your vehicles are not parked within ‘Work Zone’ areas for the duration of works and Council requests your corporation to comply with the temporary traffic control measures.
