Council’s Contractor, Stateline Asphalt will be completing the road asphalt pavement in Lindsay Lane between the side streets of Cowles Road and Bardwell Road, Mosman. The work will be completed Friday 23 August 2019 weather permitting. Due rubbish bin collection not able to be completed on the Thursday 22 August, Council will have a special rubbish collection on Monday 26 August. Please ensure all bins are placed kerb side for collection.
Traffic and pedestrian control will be in effect and parking will be suspended. At times and laneway will be closed and detours will be place when it is considered unsafe for vehicle or pedestrian movements but emergency access will be maintained at all times. Please ensure that your vehicles are NOT parked within the Work Zone areas and Council requests your cooperation to comply with the temporary traffic control measures. Council has advised the Contractor to minimise possible noise disturbance. However, due to the type of machinery used for these works, some noise impacts are unavoidable.
