Road closures and Special Event Clearways will be in place in the Mosman Council area on 31 December 2025 for New Year’s Eve.
Roads in the Mosman Council area will begin closing at 3:00pm Wednesday, 31 December 2025 and remain closed until 2:00am Thursday 1 January 2026. Police may restrict vehicle access along closed roads including residents and businesses.
Special Event clearways will be in place from 1:00pm on 31 December 2025 to 3:00am 1 January 2026. Clearways are strict no-parking zones and apply to all vehicle types including those with local Council or Transport for NSW mobility scheme parking permits. Check signs carefully before parking on the day as vehicles left in clearways will be towed and a fee applies. If your vehicle is towed, call 132 701 to find its new location.

ALCOHOL FREE ZONE
Alcohol Free Zones will be implemented in the southern section of Bradleys Head Road south of Whiting Beach Road and in Athol Wharf Road from 8:00am 31 December 2025 until 6:00am on
1 January 2026.
