Ausgrid Road Restoration Works Mosman

In late 2020, Ausgrid finished installing a new 132,000-volt underground cable between Willoughby to Mosman to replace ageing existing cables. Taihan and Garde carried out this work for Ausgrid.

Now that construction work is finished, Ausgrid has engaged All Pavement Solutions to permanently restore the areas of roads, which was only impacted by construction. These streets include Erith Street, Hale Road, Melrose Street, Bardwell Road, Belmont Road and Harbour Street.

Restoration work is expected to start in Mosman from Tuesday 11th May 2021 to Friday 14th May 2021 and will take approximately 4 x Night to complete the entire project. Work hours are 7pm to 5am.

How the work may affect you
There will be some noise during the work as we will be excavating the temporary road surface laid by the
construction contractor and replacing it with a permanent surface.

Streets will remain open to traffic, but traffic controllers will be on site to guide people around the work area. Street parking will be temporarily restricted in and around the work area but will be returned to normal once we have finished. Access to driveways will be maintained, unless arrangements are made in advance with you.

We do not need to interrupt your electricity supply to complete this work.
