Council Contractor, Whiffen Constructions will be undertaking pile replacement works at Clifton Gardens Baths. The work is due to commence 21 September 2020 and is expected to be completed within a week, weather permitting.
The work areas will be barricaded during the works and Council requests your cooperation to comply with the on-site signage.
The working hours will be from 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Sunday in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment (COVID – 19 Development – Construction Work Days) Order 2020.
Due to the nature of the works, noise impacts are unavoidable during the working hours.
