Concrete Road Works – Bay Street, Mosman

Council contractor TGB & Son will be undertaking Concrete Road Works along Bay Street, Mosman. The works are located along Bay Street between Central Ave and Quakers Road and are programmed to commence the week commencing 30 September 2019 and will take 1 week weather permitting. Council’s contractor will notify the affected residents. Please note that southbound lane of Bay Street will be closed between Central Ave and Quakers Road . Traffic and pedestrian control will be in effect and parking will be suspended in these areas for the duration of works. Please note that as this section of Bay Street will be closed for the duration of works, access to the driveways of 59 through to 67 Bay Street will not be possible. Council apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this process but Council’s contact officer is available to discuss the options available. Please ensure that your vehicles are NOT parked between Central Ave and Quakers Road for the duration of works and Council requests your cooperation to comply with the temporary traffic control measures. Although some sections of roads and footpath will be closed when it is considered unsafe for vehicles or pedestrians, emergency access will be maintained at all times. If you require further information or have any concerns please contact Council’s Civil Engineer Matthew Poon on 9978 4250. Thank you in advanced for your understanding and cooperation.
