Council contractor TGB & Son will be undertaking drainage works in the Pearl Bay catchment. The works are located along Pearl Bay Avenue between property numbers 28 and 32 Pearl Bay Avenue and within 32 Pearl Bay Avenue.
The works are programmed to commence the week commencing 15 June 2020 and estimated to be completed within 8 weeks weather permitting. Council’s contractor will also notify the affected residents.
Traffic and pedestrian control will be in effect and parking will be suspended in clearly marked sections of Pearl Bay Avenue for the duration of works. Although some sections of roads and footpath will be closed when it is considered unsafe for vehicles or pedestrians, emergency access will be maintained at all times.
Please ensure that your vehicles are NOT parked in areas clearly marked ‘Work Zone’ for the duration of works and Council requests your cooperation to comply with the temporary traffic control measures.
