Council’s contractor, Sullivans Constructions will be undertaking maintenance works on the Clifton Gardens Amenities Building, located within Clifton Gardens Reserve off Morella Road, Mosman NSW 2088. The works are scheduled to commence during the week of 21 July 2025 and are expected to be completed within ten weeks. Standard working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
What maintenance work is happening at this site?
The works include replacing most of the internal and external finishes throughout the facility such as tiles, toilet partitions, paint, and sanitary fixtures. Timber and metal components of the existing structure will be restored to their original condition. Additionally, the facility will undergo high-pressure cleaning, and new signage will be installed throughout.
What impact will this have on you?
The Clifton Gardens Amenities Facility will be closed during this period, with temporary fencing installed around the site to ensure public safety and restrict access throughout the works. Temporary public toilet facilities will be available within Clifton Gardens Reserve for the duration of the works.
