Project overview: The project involves the construction of a new pavilion and various landscaping improvements at the Middle Head Oval Precinct. The works incorporate several environmental features, including solar panels, a naturally ventilated design and a rainwater re-use system. Once completed, the project will deliver:

- New pathways and accessible access to the field
- A Tranquil rain garden
- Lush and vibrant planting
- An outdoor BBQ facility
Stages:
- Stage 1 Site mobilisation, demolition and earthworks
- Stage 2 Foundations, main building structure and roof
- Stage 3 Internal finishes and building fit out
- Stage 4 landscaping and external pathways
- Stage 5 final commissioning, testing and handover
Temporary facilities: Temporary public toilets will be available along the southwestern edge of Middle Head Oval.
