Road closures and Special Event Clearways will be in place in the Mosman Council area on 31 December 2022 for New Year’s Eve.
Roads in the Mosman Council area will begin closing at 3:00pm Saturday 31 December 2022 and remain closed until 2:00am Sunday 1 January 2023. Police may restrict vehicle access along closed roads including residents and businesses.
Special Event Clearways will be in place from 1:00pm on 31 December 2022 to 3:00am on 1 January 2023. Clearways are strict no-parking zones and apply to all vehicle types including those with local Council or Transport for NSW mobility scheme parking permits. Check signs carefully before parking on the day as vehicles left in clearways will be towed and a fee applies. If your vehicle is towed, call 132 701 to find its new location.

Thompson Street between Bradleys Head Road and Burrawong Avenue
Whiting Beach Road between Bradleys Head Road and Prince Albert Street
Road reopening will be at the discretion of NSW Police.

ALCOHOL FREE ZONE
Alcohol Free Zones will be implemented in the southern section of Bradleys Head Road south of Whiting Beach Road and in Athol Wharf Road from 8:00am 31 December 2022 until 6:00am on 1 January 2023.
