Postponed Night Works: Erith Street Mosman – Road Renewal Works

I wish to advise that Council’s contractor Stateline Asphalt will be undertaking road resurfacing works at Erith Street, Mosman (T-Section of Erith Street and Macpherson Street)

The works are programmed for the week commencing 14 November 2022 and estimated to be completed within 2 nights weather permitting. Council’s contractor will also notify the affected residents closer to the starting date. The working hours will be from 7:00pm to 5:00am.

Traffic and pedestrian control will be in effect and parking will be suspended at selected areas during the works. At times, some areas of footpaths and roads will be closed when it is considered unsafe for pedestrian movements, but emergency access will be always maintained.

Please ensure that your vehicles are NOT parked within the ‘Work Zone’ areas for the duration of works and Council requests your cooperation to comply with the temporary traffic control measures.

Council has advised the Contractor to minimise possible noise disturbance. However due to the type of machinery used for these works, some noise impacts are unavoidable.
